Word from the Pastor

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land…..2 Chr. 7:14"

"The most important thing in life you will ever do is pray! When you have a need, pray. When you are confused, pray When you need direction, pray When you are in trouble, pray. If you are to a point in time when you will be making life altering decisions, please pray! Pray with conviction. Pray expecting an answer and never doubt God. Pray every morning. Pray at noon. Pray at night. Teach your children to pray by example. Don’t just tell them to pray, or demand that they pray or ridicule them for not praying.. But pray with them! "

"My wife and I began praying every night with our two children while they were very small and we continued this well in to their
teen years, until schedule conflicts prohibited. Then we prayed more "for" them. But they will tell you these are some of their fondest memories and where they learned to pray. Tell them that the Lord our God is one Lord and by him all things consist. If you want and desire to move God, …………YOU MUST PRAY!!"

" It is my desire to see each and every soul find the peace that it craves. There are so many paths but only one straight and narrow that leads to life eternal. The song says 'I searched for him but I knew not what I searched for, I longed for him but I knew not what I longed for'... but when He found me!! OH happy day! As one elderly Lady use to say "Its better felt than telt!" While that's not proper English, or politically correct, its the truth!"
